My journey to higher education

What lead me to my major.

It was clear for me what I wanted to study, I love modifying games, and making things, not just playing, for me is more funny modify the game, that is why I choose my major, but there was a problem for me, I wanted Computer Science but, but it is not available here in Chile, therefore, I search Universities with the most similar carrier and I found the ones that focus more in that area, for then apply to them. This is how I ended studying Computer Engineer, for then do a master in the area I want.

Before begin

I had the idea that College will be very hard, because almost all told me that, also my carrier have a lot of math, and I am very bad at it, so I thought that it will be very hard for me. Also, I didn't know how there will be the major because it was not what I was searching, this was a bit scaring for me. Besides that, I believed that it will be very fun, make a lot of friends and enjoy the time because I will study something that I like.

The road so far

University is a bit hard, I am still bad in math, but I did approve them so far, is not impossible if you make your effort. Some courses are very boring and others as I learn by my own before college, for me are easy, but I like them, even with math, they are hard but I enjoy learning, the teachers are very nice and they motivate you to study. I haven’t make to much friends but that is ok for me, because I am also very busy with studies. I even have advances courses that I should take other semester but I am taking them anyway.
